Goodna Car Wash

The teens working at the carwash were swearing that much it would have made a sailor blush. Boys will be boys but with women and children well within earshot this is pretty unacceptable, it shows a lack of respect for the customers and their employer.The laser no touch machine crashed into the tray on my ute on two occasions resulting in a complete machine reset the first time. The second time the machine crashed into my car and stopped I was told it was pretty much finished anyway so no reset.I won't be bothered coming back again, especially when damage to your car can occur.

Good car wash, o ly 4 stars because of attention to detail. There is always 1 wheel, or 1 side mirror missed by the young guys working the brushes. Still a good place to get a quick wash.

Didn't remove any of the bird\bat poo, rims aren't clean, and the machines last cycle 'spot free finish' didn't work, the tank must have been empty. So my car wasn't even rinsed and is all steaky. ... Very disappointed for the high price of $22.50, I feel as though going to the automated car wash at the servo would have been a better investment. :(

Is there a contact number??? I had put money in the machine for the automatic car wash and it just took my money! I've searched for a number so I can contact but cannot find anything??

The self wash ended up costing $20 so don't bother with that. A servo is actually cheaper and you get better results. Honest to god you do. I've still got dirt on the car despite going around twice. Also the teens working there actually bugged me for smokes!! Really unprofessional.

Good place to wash your car...and vacuum it if you feel like it. Clean, tidy & not expensive (rare)

Decent diy car wash in the area. However, on the rinse function, there's still soap seeping through so you don't get a proper rinse. I've tried all bays in the past few months, and they all have the same issue.

Thought I would come down and use the auto carwash instead of washing my car by hand which gets done every week.After using the carwash I spent more time cleaning my car to get all the water marks and what I am guessing is the wax liquid off my car then I did in the carwash. ( I did this straight after driving out of the carwash.** I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CARWASH IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR **

The automatic car machine was good. Strong pressure wash so my car was cleaned well outside with the standard option but the vacuum I used was very weak. I couldn't vacuum inside my car properly. Staff was bad, he's standing there but not offer any help and chatting with another customer that they seemed to know each others because they were chatting the entire time I was trying to vacuum my car with the weak vaccume that the tip of it also kept falling off. Then when I was reversing my car out of the bay, he was just standing in the way, not moving although he seeing that I was trying to get out, so I paused and he moved as he seemed to realise I was gonna go forward if he's not moving out of the way. What's an ignorant person!

Machine wasn't working at first although the female staff member ( whom had great customer service skills) reset it and drove my car through with an excellent wash.
