Spring Hill Gardens
I was disappointed coming back to spring Hill having stayed there a number of times a few years ago. Every thing was clean and neat but looked tired. Spring Hill garden apartments is in dire need maintenance and refurbishments.Spring Garden apartments​ is a lovely place at great value and is only minutes walk from the CBD, it has a huge potential with some work and minor improvements.

Bed bugs, filthy, extremely dirty apartments , unauthorised entrance to your unit on your absence , the( management )have been doing it regularly and planned very cautious too, been witnessing it several times for the unit opposite ours ,one person checking the hall way other standing by the building door and third standing by the door unit while a fourth person actually going inside your unit , what the hell !!!!

The garden surroundings are lovely. It's also quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city which is quite close by. It's not far to walk down to the river and take the river walk to some nice restaurants at Eagle Pier etc. The apartment is very comfortable, although we found the beds not so good. The apartment is also looking a little shabby, but everything we needed was available. I would recommend it.

The location and comped is great but the on-site managers (Sheena and Rose) are a bunch of crooks. They steal your money and possessions. Do not book with them.

Never got there had to cancel a few days before. Never received any money back.Looking at other reviews I missed nothing the place and in house hospitality looks below standardWere going back in September and will avoid such a place.

I stayed at Spring Hill for 3 weeks and Im SO happy I came across this place! Lovely room, easy walking distance to everything. The room had everything I needed in the kitchen, in room laundry, huge balcony and the pool was great. Sue was so helpful from when I rang to book right the way through til after I left. 100% recommend Spring Hill if you are visiting Brisbane =)

Onsite management aren't there on weekends and when they are present, are unhelpful to say the least. Complex itself is overcrowded with entire families living in one bedroom units - you can even see the mattresses on the floor in the living rooms as you walk through. Like a third-world ghetto...
