I ordered an arrangement online for next day delivery for a friend in hospital. Was super impressed to get a photo of them, delivered to her bedside 2 hours later! She loved them!

While I can’t argue with the quality of the flowers I received, I was somewhat taken a back by the lack of customer service provided. As a person who is unfamiliar with the arranged flower scene, the employee seemed to become frustrated when I, in her words, ‘contradicted’ myself. I’d have thought that someone in this particular business would have more patience and understanding especially given the context of the majority of purchases would be unknown. To the staff at Freckles, people don’t always celebrate with flowers, there are occasions when it’s for commiseration. In the employees defence when spoken to about my concerns she did apologise. Though I don’t think I will be returning.
