Eat As You Like

We attended a cooking class a few weeks ago, it was fun, interesting and informative. The class is only small groups so very personal and hands on. Indrani is lovely and communicates well. At the end of the class we took home a feast to enjoy. The Lamb Rogan Josh was the best I’ve tasted. We also made Samosa and Kofta Curry. We learnt a lot of tips and Indrani made up a very detailed cook book with our recipes for future reference. Thanks Again!!!

We had the pleasure of a family cooking class with Indrani at Eat As You like. the class was fun, engaging and we learned a lot. The food was amazing. Indrani really shows her passion for food and the whole experience was a a great experience. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon Indrani's page by accident on google. We ordered for 2 parties, 30 pax each day, home-delivered.Must say this is the most amazing find in terms of home catering for large gatherings. Pricing was also quite economical as compared to other two commercial quotes I sourced.Most importantly, food was amazingly tasty. Gajar (carrot) Halwa was just a treat. Chicken Kosha (never heard before) was my personal favourite. I also ordered Amritsari chole, dum aloo, mutton chops, veg chops, Kalakand and dhaba style chicken curry. Can't pick which was better and the presentation was immaculate. I was apprehensive about mutton chops being smelly but it just wasn't. Only effort from our side was heating the food prior to serving.Lastly, special thanks to Indrani for following a suggestive process with me, advising me to change dishes which didn't go with the mix and also making last minute changes based on my crowd and cost constraints while ensuring quality wasn't compromised. Indrani provided us with grazing boxes for children and adults. She was very flexible and made sure that our order would perfectly suit our needs. She had great communication and we would highly recommend her service.

We decided to go with a selection of finger snacks and burgers for starters, which were simply delicious. The portions were perfect, and everyone was able to enjoy the food.For the main course, we opted for biryani, and I must say it was the star of the show. The flavors were outstanding, and all the guests loved it. The best part was that Indrani provided us with food warmers, which kept the food at the perfect temperature throughout the party. Eat as You Like owner Indrani is an engaging and experienced cook. I could not recommend these classes highly enough if you want a hands on cooking experience.I purchased a cooking class for 3 generations of my family. The menu was selected by us, butter chicken, rogan josh and samosa. The food we cooked was the most delicious versions of these dishes I have tasted. Indrani explained to us the variety of spice mixes used in Indian cooking and how to achieve an authentic flavour. She also shared her favorite chutneys and spices and where we could buy them in Adelaide. We went home with enough food to feed 10 people for dinner. We are all keen to do more classes to learn more recipes. Benagali fish curry for us next time.I will also be buying some of her pre prepared curries that can be delivered to us, now that I know how good her cooking isFor a fun and educational day out I give Indrani 5 stars.

We recently booked a cooking session with Indrani. We were very impressed by her knowledge, friendliness and helpful suggestions.The recipe booklet we received after the class had instructions which went beyond the usual recipes and was professionally prepared.Would thoroughly recommend Eat as you like it for anyone wanting to learn to cook Indian food.We made onion bhajis, Masoor Daal Tadka and Goat Nihari.Nancy and Michael

As a fellow Bengali I cannot hide my delight at stumbling upon Indrani's website!For my first order, we catered for 4 entrees and two mains (all traditional Bengali dishes) for a party of 8 people and were not disappointed. The food was consumed by non Bengalis who were absolutely blown away with the quality and taste. Indrani also offers a very generous portion size and we have plenty of leftovers in our fridge to feast on over the next couple of days.I shall definitely be trying her weekday meal subscribing program.

Indrani you are the best….thanks to your weeknight menus I no longer have to cook after getting home from work . All the dishes are made with so much love, packed with perfection and serving sizes are also generous .The yummiest homemade food only at Eat as you like in Adelaide.I can’t thank you enough. Indrani and her cooking talent is amazing. She is highly professional in everything from the point of contact. I bought a voucher of vegetarian dishes which we cooked together and were delicious and she explained not only about secrets of the dishes and spices but also about the grinders, utensils etc.I could not recommend these classes highly enough if you want a hands on cooking experience.
