I love the Mowbray Subway.The staff are friendly with great respect for their costumers and happy smiling faces which makes a lot of difference.Also the food is always fresh. No complaints from me.

Ordered through subway app, arrived and picked up order. The subs had lots of salad/sauces we specifically asked to not recieve, cheese was the same, major let down. Rang the store and was greeted by an unhappy employee, not very apologetic about the mix-up and not too interested in fixing it. Hasn't really improved since they moved stores

Disgusting customer service. The chicken was still cold after I asked it to be toasted. As someone that used to work at the franchise is was quite disappointed!!

I ordered a footlong sub chicken classic and asked for a double meat of pepperoni online at Doordash. I know the right portion of every subway as I used to worked at Subway before. Normally we put 6pcs of pepperoni if it's double meat for a footlong. But they only put 4! Unbelievable! They think I wouldn't checked it. So disappointed. Don't put less if the customers are paying extra!

The older lady is extremely aggressive and uses predatory tactics to make more money. Subway the company does not care about their customers at all, you are all cattle to them, you are just money. Never getting subway again.
