I contacted Richard a few weeks ago to discuss the prospect of doing some engineering and certification work on a decking/verandah.Initially over the phone I was trying to get an idea of pricing as you do, Richard was happy to discuss our situation in a fair bit of detail before offering up a quote.After receiving and accepting the quote Richard was fantastic to deal with, being accessible on the phone and also attending our property on a number of occasions to conduct checks on works, the last of which was booked in and then on the day had to be brought forward. At very short notice Richard was there and not long after we had out certificate of compliance.I would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing some engineering and so forth done.
