I have been going to this barber for a few years now and have never once had an issue. The service and the expertise that you get with Elei, is second to none. I have never once had a bad haircut from him and have never seen him give a bad haircut to anyone else (I don’t think I ever will). He has always taken his time and shows great care as he is going about his craft. I trust this man with my life and will never stop going to him for my haircuts.

I've had a number of good cuts from some of the boys here. Unfortunately though, my last one was a disaster. I had who I believe was the manager or the owner and while his skills aren't in question, his attention wasn't there, rather it was outside the shop and elsewhere. In short, I asked for an undercut and I ended up with an asymmetrical cut with a blend on one side and an undercut on the other. I didn't get the normal mirror check at the end or any hair product offered so it has hard to tell at the time. I've tried to make it work but I don't like the weird asymmetrical style so now I'll have to pay someone to fix it.

Went there twice, first time they messed up so bad that they didn’t even charge me. Second time went back after like a year, showed th the picture how I want my haircut to be and messed up again. Gave me a haircut in like 15mins with most of the time using machine. They are not after the best service but want to get max haircuts in an hour.Will definitely wont go again and wont recommend them to anyone if you are after a decent cut

Would say this is the best barber shop in the entire Illawarra. All barbers cut hair professionally to perfection. Had no troubles experiencing all the barbers and good location as well. I would highly recommend you visit them if your looking for a fresh cut. Good job guys, you definitely deserve 5 stars or even more. :)

Not happy, there was some new guy 2-3 days back and just destroyed my hair. It was Tuesday . I highly recommend first train your staff and then put on floor, my hair is complete joke and i have face clients

I’ve been using this service for the last 3 years since I’ve moved to Wollongong. It’s hard to find a barber that can cut curly hair but no matter who’s there, they always do a good job with my fade and beard. Strongly recommend
