Aaron at BS16 is an absolute bike whisperer.I have trusted no one else over the last few years with any of my mountain bikes. Whether it is a new build, routine maintenance, warranty help or general advice I highly recommend his work. Rather than take a blanket approach to a service or repair, he diagnoses your bike meticulously focuses on servicing/repairing things that need it. His attention to detail is like no other mechanic I have come across and he treats each project with complete focus andI highly recommend Aarons work for any mountain biker or roadie that wants to keep their pride and joy running in top shape.

BS16 Is a wonderful bike mechanic shop!They had barely finished unpacking after moving to the Sunshine Coast and were able to complete my bike.Aaron, was super helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Although he had many bikes to work on (even though they technically didn't even open for the first day until the following week) he was able to complete my bike within 1 day after giving him less then 24 hours notice.He diagnosed some other issues with my bike that I was unaware of and he has done a great job with the repairs he did do.I used to go to big brands like 99 Bikes and My Ride, but in The past few months I have found out that these smaller shops, are not only much more friendlier, but they also are much more knowledgeable! I 100% recommend BS16 Bicycle Solutions and will definitely be back with all 4 of my Bikes!

Been fortunate enough to have Aaron complete a number of services including rebuilds and even a new build recently. He brings a refreshing brand independance and attention to detail I've not encountered before. Wouldn't let anyone else work on my bikes now.

...not only did Aaron set my bike up to world-class spec, but he also offers incredible deals on most bike products. Every time I asked him for his best price on any item e.g. handle bars, bike computer, power meter etc etc. Aaron could always match the best price I could find, even online. He has great contacts throughout the industry - so it was easy for me to buy from him and get it delivered to him. That way he could either fit it straight away, or I could pick up. Awesome - if you need to buy anything - ask Aaron first!

I bought an expensive frame and had the bike (what I thought was professionally) built (not by BS16). I had it a few months and it was never quite right and so I brought it in to Aaron for a few service requirements. To my dismay he pointed out, within 30 seconds of looking at my bike, so many things that were wrong with it. These were genuine issues that really impacted the running of the bike. Since Aaron overhauled the bike, it has been nothing short of incredible, I feel like it's the best it can be. Most importantly, because it's set up soooooo good, I'm inspired to ride it every day. Aaron is meticulous and is a bike guru.

Full strip rebuild with new tyres, cassette, chain, cables, brake pads, Bar tape.Aaron did an awesome job getting my CAAD12 into prime shape. His attention to detail is second to none and it really pays off. My bike has never felt better.Highly recommend booking your bike in for a service!

I was recommended by two people that Aaron is the person to service my bicycle. I’ve had endless trouble rectifying issueS with my bike. So many bicycle stores gave me different answers regarding what was wrong with my bike. I paid a-lot of money for my bicycle a couple years ago and it was sad to know it wasn’t running right. Aaron is a phenomenal comprehensive mechanic. He’s an outright specialist in his field. Very very knowledgeable guy with a passion for what he does.
