I bought a school beanie for my daughter from the shop. When I went home, the beanie's label had a name on it (used by someone else? not brand new?). I rung up and the lady apologised, she asked my home address and sent a new one straight away. The next day, it was in my doorstep.

Outstanding and fast service. Friendly and helpful ladies who knew exactly what was compulsory for every school. Spacious clean store with enough changing rooms. Wasn't too crowded when I visited in the morning and was out of the door in about 30 minutes. A lot of parking space available.
