Had a new land line installed within 4 hours - GREAT SERVICE

As I am new to Brissie, I needed a place to help me set up my bigpond and phone line. Thanks George who spent most of the afternoon with me and couldn't be more helpful. Much better than the Telstra shop people I went to yesterday who told me to ring Telstra!

I was a walk in and an individual and I found the service very strange and slightly chaotic. I don't think that they are used to individuals and as such should put a notice on the door saying they only like to talk to business customers. I got ok service until I was put on a pre-paid plan for a new IPhone that didn't include any data!! Who does that. It cost me $96 in the first 29 minutes! It has taken me a week to sort out what was going on. Telstra wonderfully refunded this amount and a guy in the Telstra shop told me everything about the phone (I'm a first time smart phone owner - yes we exist). The people at MG should have done all that - they told me NOTHING!! What they don't realise is that they were recommended by my ex who does his business through them. (maybe not any longer) Secondly I am setting up a business and need a whole range of IT (not from MG) and thirdly I am going OS and need IT for that as well (not from MG). Everyone who walks through the door should be treated the same - because you never know who they are. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO MOBILES GALORE EAST BRISBANE.

I have been dealing with Steve and his team for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I get all my phones and iPads for my family there. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly check my account and contact me if there are better packages available. Very friendly and professional. I recommend this business to all my friends.

The staff were all nice and worked as a team to help me regarding my personal and business accounts.
