The Fish Vet

Dr Richmond Loh is a great vet and was very thorough to the point of identifying the exact species of parasite that was making our goldfish sick so he could give the appropriate treatment. Since then Dr Loh has been our go to fish vet and we have been very happy with the care and advice he has given.

We really appreciated Richmond's knowledge and expertise when treating our goldfish 'Bob' with her swim bladder issues. We highly recommend The Fish Vet.

Dr Loh and his Sydney counterpart, Dr Hirakis, are a pleasure to work with. I've had three consults, including a home visit from Dr Hirakis. As anyone would expect, they are very knowledgeable about the end-to-end process of fish management as a whole, and of course, with a focus on the prevention and treatment of disease. They also focus on the human connection, which is particularly important to us hobbyists. I thoroughly appreciate their commitment to this niche industry; without them, we'd be flying blind. Keep up the great work.For those other comments regarding fees/costs etc, at the end of the day, his years of commitment, knowledge and experience in this field justifies the fee. The fees are less than specialist doctors, or on par with Medicare general practitioner payments. So in my opinion, that's reasonable!

Disgusting and unprofessional, Dr Richmond Loh is only interested in money and exploits people's emotional connection with their fish to bring in cash. Give back to the community if the answer is simple Dr Loh, if not, and the solution requires your medical expertise, charge your fee. This is called a cost estimate for services.
