The service is great and the product is unique (both in terms of quality and looks). Nobody else will have the knives I've got which is a great selling point for me.I've had a few knives from here and have even got a few pieces for family members as birthday presents.It is super easy to order and customise the knives and Colum was happy to keep me up to date with photos throughout the process.You can get some beautiful Australian wood and mix it with some amazing colours.The knives also arrive in really fancy packaging. So fancy that I still haven't disposed of them.I'd recommend them to anyone who spends time in the kitchen and cares about the tools they use.

Thank you Colum for an amazing knife! I bought this for my partner as a birthday gift and she is overjoyed. The emerald colour is outstanding - you have to see it to believe it! The quality of the knife is second to none. I am a surgeon and operate with a scalpel regularly. Surgical instruments like knives vary considerably. A good surgical instrument is made of high quality material but most importantly has great biomechanics - it must feel good to use. Colum's knife feels great. It is weighted well and has an excellent ratio of length and balance. Whilst this may seem trivial, if one is using the knife regularly this effect compounds a thousand (million) fold. If you're second guessing on whether to purchase a Your Last Knife - go ahead and get it. You won't regret your purchase. My only regret is not purchasing more!
