Most annoying when your site says library is open but on arrival with several others you find it closed!

It's fairly decent but there are better.

It is a nice library but lacks books. It needs more books. The helpers there are very nice and the kiosks and other technology there is very helpful. The outside is nice and peaceful and in a handy place right next to the shopping centre. It has a nice grassed area outside. It is good at first but once you have read all the books it is pretty average.

Seems nice at first but after a few minutes there you'll be lucky if you don't feel like vomiting because of a weird smell, maybe all the creepy bogan stink or the lack of ventilation. I think it's both.

Tidy, friendly staff. Like the displays.Wish they would extend the hours on Saturday as sometimes can't get there because of work. Used to be open longer on Saturday and open on Sunday.

I have used this library several times in the last few years and found staff to be patient and helpful. However, after my visit today, I have vowed never to sit and work at this or any other public library with the same policy! What was so bad you ask? Well, I have always known that libraries were QUIET areas where one was able to sit and read or work in peace, hence my reason for going there! However, as I was quietly doing some academic research, in walked a mother with 2 young children aged between about 4 and 7. She sat her children close by and went off...I don't know where. The children were so loud that it was hard to focus. Mum came after 10 minutes or so, proceeded to chat with them in a loud tone for all to hear and walked off again! I put up with the noise for another 10 minutes, but finding it almost too hard to think, I packed my work to leave. Walking out, I asked a librarian whether this type of behaviour was acceptable...thinking she'd say no. To my amazement, she said that the library encouraged children to carry on like this! Don't get me wrong, I love kids and I'm a mum, but I do believe that there's a time and place for everything...like the park or home for loud games and talk. Don't forget the other children who go to the library for quiet reading and work.

A nice quite area with free WiFi for you to just chill and read books or do some work. Nice staff as well, very welcoming.
