Highly recommend Tom. We had a big problem with Ants inside our house, Tom was able to locate the nests and exterminate them over a couple of visits. He was very responsive, always answering questions from me even after he left. He also followed up a couple of weeks after. Great service A+++

Top service at a price to match, Tom was reliable, thorough and insightful in a way the helped us really understand how to combat future infestations. Provided a meticulous service, the job he did was so good it was even killing the neighbours roaches that would climb over the fence! Will use again, thanks Tom.

10/10 The service Tom provides is great he explains what he is doing step by step and why he is doing it. Tom is very professional and punctual. If you still have a problem with any pests Tom is happy to answer any questions you send to him and return to fix the problem. Tom's service is the best pest service we have received in the 6 years living in our house. I would highly recommend Tom of Jim's Pest Control Pacific Pines to my family, friends and neighbours. Defiantly using Tom again.
