Lilly Wong showed us a few apartments in the city. She is awesome. Everything you want from an agent. A knowledgeable agent with excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to buy another property from her.

Simply put, if I knew 6-7 months ago when I leased a property from Knight Frank East Perth what I now know after I have recently moved out, I would not have had anything to do with them. Agree 100 percent with all the prior bad reviews of this mob. Spot on, your experience has also been my experience.The one caveat is that their leasing agent Simone Bayer who I dealt with when leasing the property in Concerto Adelaide Terrace was a delight.After the move in, I only dealt with others at Knight Frank - those who were involved with property inspections and the end of lease condition assessment - be wary of them. You won’t know how they really operate until it is time to move out.Without doubt, they are the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with.Avoid this agent at all costs if you can is my recommendation.If you do have to lease a property through them, be very very thorough with the incoming condition report. Take heaps and heaps of photos and videos, then do it again. Make sure you make them sign off in writing mid term and ongoing condition reports, complete with current photos and videos.I’m sorry Google forced me to give them one star to enable reviewing them. That is a gross exaggeration of my experience dealing with Knight Frank East Perth.

I cannot praise Lilly Wong enough for her candid and informative approach. She was extremely helpful, understanding and honest from the very beginning. Excellent and dedicated service, particularly from Ms Simone Bayer who helped me to find my ideal rental property in Perth. When I had to move interstate because of work and had to break lease, she quickly helped me find another tenant so that I need not continue to pay the rent.
