We entered into an 8 week respite agreement with Bupa Baulkham Hills and I must say that as soon as we entered into the facility we knew this is where we wanted to have mum stay. The facility is very clean, modern and well looked after compared to other Aged Care Facilities within the area. I highly recommend checking the facility out before going anywhere else. The admin team and staffing teams are very polite, professional and very empathic to their residence. I would highly recommend this place!

Bupa Baulkham Hills is number 1 when looking to care for your loved ones. Known to be the hardest decision for a family to make, Bupa Baulkham Hills makes the decision the right one. The team are all loving, compassionate and empathetic. From personal experience, my father has been cared for and loved as if he was family to the staff. The team are always available to attend to requests. Kelly in particular is a SAINT! She goes above and beyond to support the family of the residents. Look no further when making a decision to care for your loved ones. Bupa Baulkham Hills is number ONE!

We recently used BUPA for our Dad in respite care. It was our first experience with an aged care facility and we were very emotional and anxious about his care. The staff at BUPA were very compassionate , empathetic , friendly & caring. There are plenty of activities for the residents , day trips and beautiful outdoor areas with gardens. The food is prepared on site and Dad was well looked after. I would highly recommend BUPA Baulkham Hills to your loved ones if you are faced with making the difficult decision to put them into care.

I am so thankful that I selected Bupa Baulkham Hills for my darling 94, now 95 year old mum. The nursing staff, activities and care staff are excellent. If they put a bandaid on mum they let me know! Activities staff ensure she is involved in activities when she wants to be and respects her wishes when she wants to be alone. Every week photos and videos are posted on Bupa's site and my mum always looks well cared for and happy with beautifully painted nails, which she loves. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who ensure mum is well looked after and cared for. It is a blessing. I would like to add that I feel Bupa BH is very well managed and this filters through to all staff members. The monthly on line meetings with the GM gives family the ability to speak with the decision maker. Thank you to all.

Mum recently spent 3 weeks of respite at Bupa Baulkham Hills and it was a very positive experience. The staff could not have been more caring and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. They even organized a couple of games of scrabble for Mum which she enjoyed. She also loved the meals! The environment is welcoming, bright, clean and modern and I would highly recommend.

Bupa Baulkham Hills Aged Care impresses with its friendly and youthful staff who provide excellent care. Arpan Dahal, the customer consultant, is particularly noteworthy for his helpfulness and professionalism. He guided our students and shared his knowledge generously. Overall, Bupa Baulkham Hills Aged Care offers a welcoming environment and exceptional support to our students and facilitators.

I am very lucky to choose Bupa Aged Care for my work placement. The staff here are very friendly and patient to the clients. This is the best nursing home I have ever seen. The staff who took me with them were very experience，RN Manpreet, Carer Selina and Jay. There are plenty of activities everyday. The clients are so happy.

I am really pleased that I selected Bupa Baulkham Hills for my Nana's final years. She moved in during covid and I have great praise for the way Bupa worked through the pandemic, with amazing commitment to the residents. The team throughout her 2+ years at the home have been very helpful and always friendly when you visit the home. My Nana turned 100 last year and the team made her feel super special for her milestone birthday. A special shout-out for Juni who always showed compassion and understanding for her choices. I wish the team ongoing success for the future. Will highly recommend this home for anyone considering a care home for a loved one.

We used BUPA Baulkham Hills for respite for mum. This is our first experience with residential aged care so it was quite an emotional time. By far the best part of the experience was the fantastic, caring staff. There always seemed to be plenty of staff around at every visit and they put our minds to rest. The home has lovely decor and the whole place is light and airy. We would highly recommend BUPA Baulkham Hills and wouldn't hesitate to go there again for respite or long term care.
