I have bought for first time beef spare ribs, i have been told that was good quality meat, unfortunately the meat i got was really fatty, not much meat on the ribs, so that was my first and last visit to that shop, it is a shame that reputation precedes as good in fact , is not true.

I was a Angus cow farmer in my past life! I have bought many of the, up until recently xl steak and kidney pies and other varieties of delicious pies and sausage rolls. The staff and the produce are fantastic and being use to eating my own meat produce in the past. With rising costs I would rather pay more than have a reduction in size of your pies. It did disappoint. The flavours and love was there, but size does matter! 4 x pies =$30. Take my money even at$8 a pie just back to other size. Sausage rolls though are better the way they are now! Not having a dig, I love your shop and staff. Just might answer why pie sales have dropped. Next time up from my new digs in Melbourne I will be straight in again.

Got there with minutes to spare due to a big prang on the freeeway, and they were packed up and leaving. I drove out of my way, and when they saw me walking to the door, there was no offer to serve me despite it still being within hours

Absolutely excellent service, nothing was too difficult for them! I know the prices can be a little higher than coles or woolies but their quality is amazing!
