Pendle Hill MediAdvice Pharmacy

Medical store at Pendle Hill, near the station. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacist was so rude. That lady was talking very indifferently, may be she was not in a good mood. It seems there was an error in their software system, but the lady didn’t even care to apologise for her rude behaviour. We always used to go to this pharmacy because we always had a friendly atmosphere, but now employees like this lady can keep many customers away from this place. There are many good pharmacies at Toongabbie and Wentworthville.

Female pharmacists are much more polite than male pharmacists here. The guy just wanted to send us out asap and wouldn’t give me a lotion form of the prescription medicine just cuz dr had written a gel and they didn’t have it. Couldn’t wait 5 mins until I could get it cleared with dr.

I thought this is a neighbourhood pharmacy store that would change reasonable prices for prescribed drugs. But I just found out that they charged a cream for $21 that I can buy it at $13.5 at Chemistwarehouse. Stay away from this store.

By far the rudest pharmacist I have come across in my life BY FAR !!!Would never spend a cent here or any associated another buisness if my life depended on it.A complete lack of customer service and empathy from a chemist who overcharges compared to nearly every surrounding local competitor.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!

Very expensive and don't be 5cents short or require a refund but if U willing to pay they go extra mile to help

I arrived at the chemist at 10:50 was kept waiting till 11:05 people who arrived after me were being served before me. Tuesday 16 of May the pharmicyst came out with lame excuse. Saying that my name had been called while l was standing next to service counter you where in the front of the store" what a lier! I thought there was no preference

I called to ask if I could mix 2 particular medications together and the woman I spoke to was very helpful! She even went the extra mile to ask further questions to ensure there wasn't an underlying issue also going on. I will be calling here from now on. Thank you very much MediAdvice PH.

Visible sexism in this practice towards men the tones of voice you can see and hear switch when they speak with male or female customers my girlfriend can go in and be treated like royalty but when I go in or if any male customers I see inside the shop go up and ask for ANYTHING they give me or them dirty looks. They tell me they have to check with my doctor to ask if I’m allowed to have my script ??? even if the script was filled on the day they question you like immigration and a missing visa, they make you feel like you are below them and their store is over priced not friendly staff at all and most seem to hate their job save yourself the hassle and just go elsewhere this pharmacy is a toxic environment.

The pharmacist was super helpful. Really nice place to go to which was also close to work. Very convenient. Highly recommend !!

Over priced Pharmacy. Charged Elevit 100 tablet pack−$85.95 whereas most of the other pharmacies charge 67$ only. Called for clarification, they said price-hike from supplier. How come other pharmacies selling for 67$. I wouldn't visit them anymore. Dissapointed :-(
