I've had an ok experience up to now. Good meats but of course you are paying premium. I like the chicken kievs they make. However, just picked up a few marinated beef skewers for nearly $4 each. I asked butcher if the beef was top quality, as these things are tiny. He said absolutely. I can definitely say they are absolutely not! Beef is chewy, not tender and full of grizzle. These things are not even worth 1.50 imo. Clearly they are not using decent cuts of meat. Marinating and hoping is the go here. Beware.
