Swiss Mountain Hotel
Warm and welcoming. Terrific food with a simplicity and authenticity that belies the effort and care the staff take. Even the takeaway food is uncompromised. I love this gorgeous, historic hotel.

Lovely experience . We arrived just before the kitchen shut but the man working behind the bar was super patient and helpful . Food was perfect ! Garlic prawns , haloumi and chips ! Great wines by the glass and a lovely warm fire .Will be back earlier next time !

Swiss Mountain Hotel
Food was good. Chicken parma was amazing, steak a bit on the fatty side but was cooked perfectly. Bit pricey - $84 for two main meals and a beer. Complimentary bread was a nice touch. The lady who sat us at the table was nice. I think the cook is the one who brought out the food, he was lovely too. Bartender was not very attentive and a bit distracted over the two times we went up to order.

A class above normal pub meals, and an interesting selection of drinks as well. Shout out to the lovely waitress who helped us with the pool table. We had such a great night.

What a gorgeous pub! Food is amazing. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Every meal was generous and delicious. All plates were wiped clean and bellys were full!Will definitely stop in here again for a meal when we are back in town. Absolutely recommend the Swiss Mountain Hotel.

Swiss Mountain Hotel
Went here today for lunch for our 18th anniv . We have no reservation but the lovely staff seated us outside, lovely sunny blue skies.The menu is varied selection of good food and drinks. We ordered steaks which were perfectly cooked, peppercorn sauce! The service quick and friendly. Dog accepted outside the garden.The place is historic and has character. Outside is unassuming but as you enter you are welcomed to a big cozy space and a garden seating.

Absolutely beautiful place to go for a meal. The food was delicious, the hotel was warm and clean and the staff were so cheery and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Swiss Mountain Hotel
Four of us enjoyed the food maximumly. Friendly staff, warm and welcome atmosphere there. Menu was different compared with last I was there before COVID, but they were still very nice. Will be back soon.
