Worked with Kemp on removing my old carpet, and installing new hybrid flooring. Kemp was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to picking out the new flooring. The installers came, and did a great job. They had excellent workmanship and were very friendly. They were easy to communicate with, and understanding to our preferences. Overall, the whole process was made easy, from ordering to installation, by Kemp and the installation team.

From start to finish, professional, friendly, patient and across all the specs of the product range. Tasman and Esai visited my home from Carpet Call (Loganholme) to offer a free measure and quote on Saturday and spent a significant amount of time (hours) listening to what my needs were and thoroughly explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each option as per my needs. Both Tasman and Esai gave me confidence in my choices because they informed me well about each product and how it would suit my needs without me feeling like I was being led or pushed towards any particular product. I had a unique situation that I wanted assistance with and so Tasman being fairly new to the job called his boss (Peter) for assistance with my situation and I had the pleasure of also being assisted in a professional & friendly manner by Peter. I felt listened to and heard, understood and helped! I could not have been happier with the service and professionalism from all three of these young men and am even going to extend an invitation to the house warming party we throw when everything is installed and works are completed. Store manager is a Top G. Knows what he’s talking about 0 fluff straight to the point and great deal! Also quick turnaround which is exactly what I was looking for!

BEST STORE TEAM!!!!My wife and I visited Carpet Call Loganholme on the weekend and we were both blown away with the level of service, experience and understanding from Peter and Tasman at the store.When we entered the store, within 10 seconds, we were greeted by two very polite and professional staff members, Peter and Tasman.Right from the get-go, they both took the time to understand our needs now and into the future, our budgets, and our time lines.Peter gave us some great recommendations on products and price points. Peter took the time to really understand our needs and dynamics, which ultimately made choosing the right product super easy. Peter and Tasman were both extremely knowledgeable about the types of products they were showing us. It's product and industry knowledge like this shows that they work as trusted advisor compared to the typical salesman.Tasman visited our house the day after for the measure of each of the rooms. Tasman was very respectful when entering our house, which was a big thing for us. Tasman worked around some heavy furniture which we weren't able move prior. Once the rooms were measured, Tas stepped through the plans and outlined the way the carpet would be laid. Both Peter and Tas clearly articulated the process from store to floor.Tasman worked quickly and efficiently with minimal intrusion to our personal space. He showed our family and home the upmost respect.The team at Carpet Call Loganholme really went above and beyond to understand us and our needs which really puts them at the forefront of the Carpet Call business and at the forefront of the industry.Every retailer should aim to have people like Peter and Tas as employees. Carpet Call should feel extremely proud.I would like to personally thank you both for your outstanding customer service, your industry knowledge, and for taking the time to go above and beyond.

The first meeting with the salesmen was promising with an agreed installation of carpet and curtains together.To then have an email - not even a call - to advise curtains would have a 8 week delay. To then later be told material selected not available.We had partial installation of curtains with us follow long up to say the curtains didn’t fit…several calls later (I had to call as they never did) to have to organise for someone to measure the curtain (took five weeks) cause apparently only a professional could tell them it doesn’t fit!Installer drilled hole in brand new renovation which now has to be patched and painted!Every morning for three months we are woken at 3-4am when the sun blinds us due to these curtains.Still not fixed to this date four months after initial order…no compensation offered!The people we have dealt with advise they will keep us informed to no calls until we follow up.The management advise they cannot do anything and will follow up with the office….Absolutely disgusting service and quality of products. Which they say ‘we don’t manufacture these products’ - well then don’t on sell them if you cannot do quality control!!No detailed invoice provided for works of which I have requested three times!Would never recommend or use them again!!

This is the most unethical flooring company. Use at your own Peril. The store is unethical. They will have you pay upfront for your quote and then after install is done send bills for additional installation costs without quoting it. Be prepared to pay at least a $1000 extra on top of your original quote after the floor is laid (This was never quoted by anyone even after photos were taken by the salesmen apparently, they aren't qualified to quote installations). Matt (Store manager) will hide behind loose clauses on the contract and advise his other company managers will not pay the bill and it is on the customer. Do not use carpet call. Their quotes are not as cheap as they provide you and other companies are a better choice. Carpet call operate in profit by defrauding their customers after install.

I’m not usually the kind of person that leaves reviews, however my experience at Carpet Call Loganholme required an exception. Peter was unbelievably helpful, exceeding the expectations I have of a salesperson to say the least. I would highly recommend going to see Peter and his team, as they go above and beyond, ensuring your experience is nothing but exceptional.

Very happy with our recent flooring installation. Leo did a such a fantastic job! We received clear communication from the store on progress. Very impressed
