Great service. Very competent and service oriented. He was able to solve our issue and fully flexible between Microsoft and Apple. Lusala kept us informed all the way as he was running late on a prior job. Managed expectations really well.

I kept having issues copying files from my OneDrive account to an external HDD.Edwin and his colleague Jeff, made light work of resolving my issue. Jeff clearly explained the reason for my issues, had a great deal of patience outlining and taking me through the corrective actions, and sure enough, issue resolved and successful outcome!I would be happy to use the guys at Tech Away again if I need any further troubleshooting expertise.

Whenever we have an IT issue and contact Tech Away, they are on it immediately and the situation is solved. We depend totally on the internet and being able to communicate and Tech Away are fantastic at keeping us up and running.In the past we have had IT providers that we had to wait for them to get back to us, but Edwin and his team are so good to work with.If you are thinking about changing or upgrading your IT provider then I would certainly give Tech Away a call and discuss your needs with Edwin. He is hard working, honest and very easy to get on with. In business I need these qualities in suppliers we have.

I couldn't be more grateful for Jeff at Tech Away. I honestly thought I'd be on the phone to Microsoft and my domain provider for days. Jeff talked me through what needed to be done to resolve and tidy up my Office 365. Turns out I was paying double the subscriptions I needed!!!!Jeff was professional and very patient with me. Tech Aawy have been a lifesaver for us! They take care of everything, nothing is too big or small. They have managed out IT requirements through 2 office relocation's and made it a complete breeze. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and have always been able to find a workable solution really quickly to any requests Ive had from relocating, to quotes for new computers, managed print services, to a simple IT fix, they have been able to cover it all for us and allow us to focus on our own business. I have complete trust in their service and technical knowledge and wouldn't want to know whats its like not to have them on our side.
