Stayed here with family for 4 days. Great location and views over the marina. Short walk to everything including Woolies and the beach. Clean and simple decor, wifi, access to a great pool and communal bbq + lift/stairs. Recommend booking the top floor for the best views!Apartments have everything you need. Dining spaces inside and outside, ovens, microwaves, beach towels, hairdryer and good showers and comfy couches.Would definitely stay here again as nice that it’s just a short walk from the main strip so not in the bustle of the town and also no big hills to walk up. Staff are friendly and helpful too.Only thing to note (nit picking here) is the jets in the spa didn’t seem to be working, but honestly didn’t really need them. It’s nice as just a warm plunge pool to sit in.

Great location with fantastic views over the marina. Easy walk to the shopping centre and other facilities. The rooms are great and the decor is nice. The rooms have all the facilities needed for our time away.The cruise terminal is nearby and the shops and cafe below are great.Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful clean practical apartments overlooking the Marina with a fantastic lap pool and great tennis court. The reception staff are fantastic. We missed out airport transfer and consequently our flight - Heather was of great assistance in helping us with other options and was extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying at the Boathouse apartments and look forward to staying here next time I’m in Airlie beach

Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view of the port of airlie. Very convenient for all your cruises. The shops are a 5-10min walk away. Your also a 5min walk away from the local beach to swim.Highly recommend. Service is great also. Thankyou Ali and Hannah for being so helpful.

Service was great, the young man at service counter very helpful. The apartment require some renovation and a clean. As we first walked into the apartment we were hit with a musty smell, which I believe it is the air conditioner. All the time we were there which was two nights we could smell the musty stench. Require a decent exhaust system for the main bathroom as leaves toilet smells nowhere to go. The shelving looking a bit worn in both bathrooms. The shower recess with plenty of water on the floor outside of the short screen, had to make sure nobody slipped over, using bath mat to soak up the water on floor. The main bedroom bed headrest looks appalling with fabric tears showing exposed foam. Outdoor chair had to swap due to the leg twine unravelling. Bird droppings on some of the chairs on front porch. Great views of the Harbour, lovely gardens. Very convenient. A tad pricy for what we got. Good size fridge in the kitchen. The dishwasher looks a bit tired from the outside door edging. The porch sliding door difficult to lock including the front entry louvered door cannot lock. With a breeze pushes open. The recycling bin looks a bit tired including the tea caddy. Some of the furnishing look cheap and showing wear.

We stayed at the apartments (apt 110) for 8 nights (January 2023)They are roomy, well laid out with great views.Unfortunately what let it down for us was the cleanliness of the apartment.Every single blind needs to be thrown out as they have mould all over them…. Whilst I understand the climate causes this they need to find materials that are easier to clean and prevent this. (Eg aluminium shutters)The walls were so dirty that I ended up buying dettol wipes and cleaning them as best I could which defeated the purpose of me being on holidays!The apartment also really needed a deep clean rather than the standard clean between customers…I’m hoping my feedback and other feedback about the same thing can be addressed as there is so much potential….

Our one week stay with family in multiple apartments was fantastic. The staff are absolutely terrific and very helpful. The apartments are very spacious and provide beautiful views of the Marina and of Airlie which you see from the photos. The pool area is awesome with a great BBQ and lots of seating. Spa was great. There are great restaurants and a cafe below. Only a very short walk to Airlie CBD so very handy location. Also it’s right next door to the Cruise Terminal for Hamilton Is and Whitsundays. I would certainly recommend The Boathouse for a short or long stay. It’s terrific.

Bright and modern apartments, very close to everything and very helpful staff. We really appreciated the early check-in after coming off 8 nights on a boat. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Airlie Beach!

Highly recommend.Great location, short flat walk to main street.Clean, modern apartments, with great views, amenities, pool was beautiful, staff were great.I will definitely go back there to stay.
