Came down from Moree the night before and hit a pot hole so I needed a simple wheel alignment. Big bloke came up to my mate and I and instead of saying sorry we're booked out or asking us what was wrong or just simply recommending what we could do, he just arrogantly kept saying gotta be up at 8am around here mate you're not getting anything done today". Mind you

Glen sorted my car, old model needed a lot of work done. i got quotes from everyone in the area and he was the best priced and best equipped to do the jobs and all parts ready. Had me turned around in a day with what feels like a new car. Very happy. There's even a window tint place in the same building.

Very disapointed with Customer service at this branch. We are from Sydney and needed a wheel balance and Wheel swop at 10am on Saturday morning.The workshop was not busy at all but they refused to help and was more interested to close the workshop at 10am and to go home.

My mother brought 4 new tires today and when she picked up the car she noticed they had damaged the bottom seal when jacking the car up.She asked them about it and they told her it's rust. It'sa 5 year old car, I find that hard to believe. They then yelled and swore at her and intimidated her.This man went off at a 60 year old lady while two other men just stood back and let him continue.This is disgraceful. Caution if you use this company.
