Beware everyone, if it seems to good to be true, we’ll just read on….I cannot believe I signed up for a Telstra plan for travelling Australia only to find out that I CANNOT DATA SHARE with my existing Telstra plan..300gb of data down the drain every month now.. I’ve had enough..One plan I purchased from Telstra, the other from JB Rockhampton..Why could you not be a bit more upfront with me. I was told I could data share. It’s a useless plan that I’m now locked into for 2 years.. Why..!!I would not have signed up with you.. I would have combined everything through in one big plan at the Telstra store. I wanted a Telstra plan because of the coverage in the outback..My daughter strips the 180gb in our caravan & now I cannot share my 300gb with that service..!!I am very disappointed to say the least.If JB Head Office can step in and help, please do so before we head off again to continue on our once in a lifetime experience. So far we’ve completed the East Coast and now about to embark on the West Coast. Cheers.

Very disappointed with customer support.I purchased a ECOVACS DEEBOT vacuum from JB hi fi which needed a machine repair in just 6 months. I am told that this might take 6 weeks time for vacuum to be returned to me.On been asked to provide a stand by machine till I get mine back- I was told that is not possible neither was a refund an option.I am left with two options- I buy a new vacuum or spend money to get cleaner vacuum and mop my house.Jbhifi team said they understand my problem but can’t help. It’s my decision to buy new machine… they can’t refund money neither can they provide stand by.On my saying that technically if I would have bought this vacuum online then it that would have meant the same… on this the manager replied: Yes. Seriously… disappointed. This was not expected.My question- is it my fault if my vacuum needs a repair due to a technical fault… why I as a customer needs to be the only sufferer in this case?JBHIFi has no policy in place for the product they sell… then why buy from them???

Trash... Busted phone since new, still within warranty. They want to send phone away, to test, can take up to 3 weeks, then another 3 weeks return. Was told to buy a temporary phone... So, buy a new phone (that's sort of broken) then have to buy a new one, while they test the current one. Just trash....Then get palmed off to the 'Manufacturer' because JB HI FI just sells stuff.

Andy on the floor is an asset to this JB HIFI extremely knowledgeable and a great guy all round very much appreciated his approach to me as a customer, nice to know there salesman still around that aren't pushy and just give you good advice on what you want, Andy needs a promotion and a payrise, he is certainly over qualified and under paid for his current position, Geordie who helped me load the tv up is also an asset to this company and another great employee, thanks guys will see you again as a return customer

Wanted to buy a robo vac along with other items. Had advertise special price on it. Went to pay only to be told that sale had finished. I said you have to honour the price advertised/displayed. Reply was no we don’t rudely. So I returned all the items I wanted to purchase and walked out. Waste of time and very rude staff.
