It’s my dog first time grooming and we’re worried because he might be hard to handle but his friendly and well behave. The staff was so welcoming when we arrived and very approachable and explained to us the procedures. The shop is absolutely clean and tidy. Thank you for Mochi’s pamper! Can’t wait to go back ❤️ See you!

Really professional groomers, i had my 3 dogs booked in, all three of them are very nicely done, will definitely go there again.Love the way there is no cages for the dogs, they can play around in the room. Highly recommend for other dog owners.

My mother's dog is her baby! I dropped him off to the amazing staff who took care of him like he was the prince my mother thinks he is. They even sent a gorgeous photo of him when he was groomed and ready for pick up!Really nice smelling products used. Thanks team!100% recommend!

Caesar’s Palace provide an excellent service. They provided sound advice to us as to the best service for our dog and were prompt and efficient. More importantly, our boy had a great time and obviously responded to the great, caring staff at Caesar’s. He comes home happy and more gorgeous after every visit. Thanks to all the staff at Caesar’s Palace for their expertise and professionalism.

I took my 6mth Moodle for his first full groom and was very disappointed with the outcome. His body was nicely groomed but his face was very poorly done.I took him back to be fixed and was told it was because he was a puppy and because of his hair texture. The same groomer attempted to fix it but it came out looking worse. The other groomer then tried to fix it and did a fantastic job fixing what was left of his face.The reception were lovely and the facilities are beautiful but over all very disappointed with the outcome.

Overly priced all though I continued to pay the premium fee for 6 months. I had to return home with my dog today after the groomer told me to go home brush her and come back this afternoon. (Not happening I live 40mins away) We attended an appt 3 weeks ago for a wash and bits so why I was turned away today makes me feel like the groomer didn’t want to do any additional work herself.There’s been multiple occasions our appt has been cancelled or moved. I have payed for ears to be done and they haven’t.Sadly I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone after todays appt.

I couldn't recommend this place enough! I have been using Caesars Palace day care services for my Chihuahua puppy for a while now as I work 8 hours a day. I wouldn't use just any day care service as she is so small but the girls at Caesars are exceptional with her, always keeping an extra close eye on her and I know my pup is in the best hands. I also get them to give her a bath, nail trim and ear clean every now and then, she always comes home smelling and looking amazing. I get sent through photos of her during the day which is really reassuring and she is always so worn out after a long day of playing with the other pups.

I was on holiday on the Gold Coast, when I went to sea world I dropped my dog off here for daycare. When I came back to pick her up she was snuggled into one of the groomers laps having a nap. They even gave me a cute canvas that she had painted for me. Highly recommend these guys!
