owners have there stock out front allowing customers to help themselves opening every customer up to false accusations like what happened with me i have never stolen a thing in my life and am known to be very honest and without hesitation and solid evidence to prove there claims they banned me from the store. the evidence they got is a video tap unable to prove guilt or Innocence at best they only have reasonable doubt witch in front of judge in court is not enough to convict anybody. the owners then proceeded to tell every other gaming store and as i have heard from some there customers that i was a thief again without any proper evidence and this was all over a $7 pack off cards from a set i didnt need anything from mind you witch even tho i didnt take anything i didnt pay for i offered to pay the $7 and they refused. i highly recommend to anyone that go to this store if you want anything ask them to get it out themselves so this dosnt happen to you.

I visited the store looking for paints. The owner asked what I was painting, and then walked me through the different options available and what might suit best, as well as explaining how some others might help in the future. He was friendly and helpful.

I rarely give a 1 star. We broke down out the front of this business and due to not knowing what was wrong nor what needed to be done.We parked over a drive way access and within 1 minute had someone from here come out and yelling abuse at us to move the car. Disappointing to say the least. Might be having a bad day but there's much better ways to approach members of the public. I would hope this attitude doesn't carry on into the business.

fantastic service from the moment I enteredI bought an airbrush, and there was an issue when I opened it up. I went back in and had it looked at and was treated like a customer, not a business loss for a replacement part, and within the ten minutes it took for me to arrive home, the item was ordered, and I was told when I could expect it if I could rate save point more then 5 stars I would everything was high standards from the appearance of the store, the fantastic amount of hard to find items paints and collectables and of course the staff I will be a regular from this moment on and will endeavour to recommend save point whenever possible
