We started employing them for regular cleans of our AIRBNB. In the first few weeks, they were quite responsive and professional and did a good clean. After a few weeks and multiple attempts at contact, they were unresponsive and unreliable. They gave no explanation for this lack of response and unprofessionalism.

During covid our lovely tenants decided to totally destroy our beloved home by letting their pets urinate through the entire house and left it looking just shy of a rubbish tip. When no one else wanted to help us, Sharriot and her team of professional cleaners made short work of the mess over a few days. They were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for all your help!
