New owners are just lovely, kind and helpful. I'm so happy that they are there. It's so refreshing to feel welcomed when I go inside. I hope they stay for years and years. Couldn't ask for nicer and friendlier customer service. Thank you wonderful lady's.

I would love to be able to leave a ZERO. The old bloke has always been the same over the years, incredibly rude! The sourest look of disdain on his face when entering the building. Has absolutely NO customer service. I can only hope that one day he is treated with the same contempt with which he treats everyone else. Only reason I go in there is if I get a dreaded red" delivery card. Otherwise I avoid the place like the plague. I gladly drive to any other post-office before entering this one. Please avoid it. Put him out of business."

Zero stars. Old man here has absolutely no customer service skills - can't even bother with a hello or thank you, or just stares at you when you walk in and proceeds to ignore you and walk out the back. I'm local but avoid this place as much as possible and even prefer to drive to Nambour Aus Post instead (where they actually acknowledge and smile at you).

I met Sharon, a new owner of the Yandina P.O. (since October) and after living here for 33 years it was so wonderful to be greeted by a friendly face. I'll feel very comfortable going into the PO, knowing I'll get great service.

Incredibly rude service by the man there. Was not greeted or given any general chit chat (this was my fifth or sixth visit and the same treatment given), and neither was the other woman in there.Was barked at when I asked to borrow a pen to write on the parcel I was sending and was told ‘you better give it back when you’re done’. Rude.While I was doing my parcel, he happily greeted the man he started to serve and told him to have a great day when he left. When I left and said ‘have a great day’, I was met with no response.Sexist old man needs to be fired and replaced with someone who understands basic customer service.

Going by previous reviews, I walked in with very low expectation to receive my parcel.A friendly hello by a gentleman behind the counter. A lady was on the phone but multitasked the call and helped find my parcel with the gentleman.A friendly goodbye and have a good day, I was in and out in a minute, and pleasantly surprised.
