I''m really glad we went and saw the team at Independent Health & Mobility my father in law is in a new situation where he requires assistance with things for him to remain at home and independent for long as possible. Janet was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough to help talk thru some of the equipment that is available. My FIL loves his new hospital bed he says it the best sleep he has had in years the adjustable features are fantastic enabling him to safely get in and out. Janet was also able to guide us in purchasing a medical alert device which he carries with him and it has already been an important feature for him to have as he recently fell and was unable to get up and used it to call for help.

Earlier this year I hired a wheelchair for my father who was on a visit from overseas. We cannot express how impressed we were on their customer service and products knowledge. The prices were so reasonable and very genuine indeed. All the staffs were pleasant, very down to earth and not profit minded. Highly recommend place for all your mobility needs whether it's a purchase or hire. Worth the visit even from south Eastern or Northern parts of Melbourne as well.

Featherbrook College contacted Health & Mobility earlier this year for advice on options for a wheel chair for the school sickbay. The staff were extremely helpful with a suggestion on the right wheelchair that would cater for everyone from young students to adults and thoroughly explained its features. When delivering the chair the gentlemen took the time to demonstrate all the features and ensured that we were fully informed. The entire process when dealing with Health & Mobility was extremely professional and very informative. I would not hesitate recommending this company.
