Linda & Marie were a pleasure to deal with. Even though my partner Crystal and I were just there to pick a mattress up, they were kind enough to lend us a trolley and helped give advice on how to prep the mattress. Highly recommend

We recently bought an Elegance Plush king mattress from Marie at OMF Artarmon. For years I've had trouble finding a mattress that supports my back but is soft enough for my sore hips. This mattress is wonderful. Maria was a delight to deal with and gave us great advice. 5 stars!

There are quite a few mattress and bed stores here, but we decided to shop with OMF. The reason: Extremely friendly staff that we enjoyed chatting. The shopping aspect almost became an afterthought. The mattress we bought for our guest bedroom turned out to be great, especially considering the price and the delivery format (it was compressed to even fit into our small convertible car). If the delivery to the store had not taken weeks, it would have been a five star rating.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at the ARTARMON store. Marie and the manager were so helpful finding us a bed. We were in the store several times before making a decision and they were incredibly warm and friendly each time. We will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.

I’m very unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the mattress I bought at 2020 for $1000 after 50% off. I wasn’t looking for a super firm mattress and was convinced that the product is the best choice with 10 year warranty. 6 months after buying, it sunk and we had to change it. Recently it sunk again and after wasting our time with talking on the phone and sending emails, we received an email from Linda, the Artarmon HQ store representative, that 3cm sinking is normal and we need to send it to manufacturer for assessment. The 3 cm sinking is killing me every morning when I wake up and isn’t normal at all. I do not recommend this poor quality mattress and disappointing customer service to anyone. Do not waste your money!!

I received exceptional service from Linda at OMF Artarmon. She made me feel welcome and encouraged me to take my time making a decision. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions comprehensively. She was very pleasant to deal with. I found the mattresses to be very high quality. I loved the unique foam box construction that holds everything together in a square shape so the sides do not sag even when sitting on them. There was a very good range of prices to suit all budgets and I had a number of good quality contenders to choose from in my price range. I noticed that the prices were lower than big brand bedding companies, yet the quality was outstanding. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end my experience with OMF was fantastic. Marie in the showroom was fantastic to deal with. Our order of 3 queen size beds arrived at your store before we were ready to take delivery and there was no issue with you storing it for us until we were ready. We need one more bed and i will happily be buying it from OMF.
