What a great guy! Seriously!!!I made a simple phone inquiry about the Tailgate Struts in my son's car and the owner is going out of his way to find out what struts are needed and to source a pair.I know the Service" part of "Gas Strut Sales & Service" is meant to mean mechanical Service but in this instance it should mean Customer Service.If this business owner makes everyone feel the way I do from one simple phone call

It states that they do strut re- gassing.However when I called to enquire I was told that they are not interested in doing that anymore.The guy wasn't rude and even referred me to another business.But I feel that it's false advertising.Although it is a sign of recent times that service is no longer part of business.

A Big tank you to Ronnie for repairing the gas struts in my Toolbox on my ute - tried several other businesses including where I brought the toolbox and no one interested as too hard or too small a job.Ronnie had it done in 30 minutes and did not rip me off!! - thanks heaps will recommend to All

I had considerable difficulty in raising the lid of my camper trailer (I'm getting old!) but Mark was able to quickly and efficiently design and install struts, problem solved! He also re-gassed other struts, too, and all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Gas Strut Sales, Mark is very professional, a really nice guy!
