THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! And I am absolutely appauled with the terrible service on the man working this morning! He clearly does not want to work there or showed any signs of being polite to his customers. I also asked for cash out, which he forgot and then refused to do another transaction. This service was absolutely pathetic. Don't even bother going here.

Both female staff members that I had interactions with were fantastic, friendly and professional. Good customer service should be shared as equally as the negative. Thanks ladies for making my day just that little bit better! :-)

It's quite sad that young people can't show a little interest. Young bloke on the till this morning, 16.12.21, was a real Sad Sack, speaking about 3 words. I've been working for 50 years, and am getting tired, but I can still smile.

I was returning a ute and the person behind the counter (said her name was Shanae) was the most unhelpful and rude person that I've ever met. When I asked how to return the ute she just asked for the keys and said use the terminal at the back. The terminal asked for a supervisor code so I waited for her to come and help (there were customers in store) but even though she knew that it was required she ignored me. After 10 minutes I approached and she rudely gave the code and said I should have asked sooner. So using the supervisor code that is NOT meant to be given out, I checked the ute back in, putting in the kms and skipping all the damage charges. Then I went to leave and she screamed across the store I need the receipt that was printed out". I felt like saying "You should have done your job then" but I didn't and handed over the receipt. In conclusion: if you want to hire a UHAUL ute from here

I have lived in the area for 20 years and always loved that the servo was 24/7. Recently it now closes at 11pm...Not convenient at all. I found myself having to locate another servo late night running out of fuel.

Worst worst worst experience today at Caltex Arana hills i have never had such a bad experience at the same place before today there was a guy who talked very rudely when i asked one question. And i would never go that place he would be on duty. He was very disgusting!

Good garage, everything you would need is on site, ATM, hot food, coffee, snacks, ice, swap & go gas and ute/trailer hire to mention a few.

Good fresh items.and milk avaliable coffe too, careful sometimes.the price is higher ute and trailer hire avaliable aswel, not always busy so you dont have to wait for a pump staff are very friendly and you can get Woolworths everydayrewards points and myer one points.

Customer service attendant with coloured orange hair and tattoos is so rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.
