The Warm Water Pool is great and having the Spa next to it is just perfect. Going during the week is great, not many people there

Basketball courts can really use some upgrades. Some courts’ flooring feels empty below and ball doesn’t bounce as it should be. Floor can get dusty at times as well. Staff are all friendly and helpful.Update: Down rated. I have never seen an indoor stadium which will allow a worn off net to hang on the rim for 2 weeks. Really bad maintenance.

Just lucky to have such a great facility in the suburb. It's totally worth it to try the membership for a month and attend variety of group classes. You will become a part of the community that is equipped with great infrastructure, really good trainers, support staff and peers; providing you with an environment necessary to stay on track with your fitness journey.

What a great pool, with very helpful, friendly and supportive staff and good facilities.I'm currently using the Hydro pool which is helping my back and hip injury. With a gentle ramp for entry & exit or gentle, shallow, stairs, plus a place to safely stand my walking stick, it is making a big difference. This all makes access possible and comfortable. There are also a couple of special shower facilities, with hand rails, etc that have been a great help too.Parking is generous and so far I've not had to park too far from the entrance.I've been so happy using this great facility, that I've now joined as a member, instead of just using a multi-pass for visits. I'm currently only getting there twice a week, but that is keeping me ahead of costs for membership.If you've not tried Aqualink Box Hill it's time to explore and give them a try.

I come on weekdays Tuesday for my kids' swimming lessons, and I am lucky I still can get the parking. Upon observing the additional parking space along the main driveway (Surrey Drive), I can't imagine how horrible it would be on the weekend or if there's a game happening (I had the experience on one weekend, in fact!). The idea to put up the additional parking space is like a quick patchwork without a proper infrastructure and traffic plan. I even have difficulty getting out of the place because the street turns into one lane only for both directions! This only reminds me of living in third-world countries!Not many lanes open for lap swim, mostly are for swimming lessons. The place is always overcrowded, people and kids swim like sardines. The kids playfully jump back and forth from multipurpose lanes to lap swim lanes, which is distracting and allowing potential collisions, and the lifeguard do nothing about it.

Went on a hot day, the centre had all lanes booked for lessons or laps.There was 1 lane outside and not even half a lane open inside. My kids were playing on the ramp as there was no room anywhere else.I would suggest to go somewhere else for a casual swim

They have 4 times staff working compare to the lane avalible on most of days i come in. I guess the management team trying to tell people don't come in without buying classes？got 2 out of 6 indoor lane available at most of weekday night， people are packed and almost impossible to swim lapes. Thanks for the girls who patiently explained things to me， but people paying money to come in ，and there is a reason people getting upset. Will never come back after i finish up my pass

Sadly, nowadays the chlorine level of the swimming pool is extremely high, it burns our eyes and makes us cough nonstop. Is a very unpleasant situation. Last time I asked if the levels were ok, and someone there responded, yes is fine, but is clearly not :(

Was treated rudely by a PT at there gym for using one of only two Squat racks that have the platforms despite two other Squat racks being free. I felt like I was bullied for using the equipment. When I followed up with why they didn't use one of the other ones they just replied they prefer the one I was using. Not a friendly gym to weightlifters/body builders in my opinion.

Very dirty amenity, gym equipment requires cleaning and showers disgusting. Indifferent staff, no orientation to the facility. Beware cannot get refund for multipass ( not disclosed at purchase)as I would not set foot inside this facility again. I value my wellbeing too much.
