Beautiful relaxing thermal pool. Rooms smelled funny though. Noisy cars and neighbouring guests were extremely noisy and inconsiderate. No fan in main room. Exterior lights stayed on all night making it hard to sleep as blind still let light in, though I would stay again if only to enjoy the pool

The room was really not nice dirty sheets where not clean with stains and Mark's almost like they weren't changed from previous visitors. dead crickets all through the room, cobwebs strung in ceiling corners and the hot pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time

swimming pool is big but not clean enough. rude room cleaner. rooms are not clean enough, too much spider webs.

We are seasoned visitors to this place. Usually we stay in the two bedroom cabins, we've stayed in the motel as well this time we stayed in the units.They were ok. Clean ishThe curtain in the main Bedroom doesn't block the security lights outside. The beds were comfortable enough.Yes they need maintenanceYes bring all cutlery with youThe big pool was next door.It was ok however I prefer the motel and cabins.

We have visited here a few times and cant fault it. Our recent visit was not so good with our room. Due to covid shut downs and being short staffed the room needed some TLC. Comunication with staff we were looked after. Id like to say Room 17 needs a replcement microwave.. Its still a great place to visit for the weekend from Brisbane.

This place, by far, is the best for it thermal pools, but its cabins are less than desirable they need some serious maintenance on the front deck & the heaters. Well, let's just say they need reverse cycle air con, which NONE of them have & the majority of the staff have a zero care factor you tell them these things need doing & year after year they never get done.

Spin off from Gwydir caravan park. Pool was great, hot and not crowded, indoors. Stay either place and can use both location pools. Were 10 people total here with a lot more at other location.
