Recently bought some tiles from Brad . Very helpfully got what I wanted urgently and delivered on time . Went back for more of the same tile and Brad did not charge me (a few tiles only ! )and again handled that urgently needed further delivery . Cannot recommend him more highly ; professional , ethical and customer focussed.

I had the best customer service here recently. Brad couldn’t do enough to help. I’d left my run late and needed tiles urgently (for the next day). He helped select them, used his colour match to the Caesarstone I have - alas none in stock. He called through to the warehouse and got me sorted. The warehouse we’re waiting for me when I arrived.His tile selection and colour are spot on. I love them and they work perfectly with the colours we already have.Customer service at its very best.Thank you Brad and Artform.
