Extremely loving chiropractors! Always up for a chat and a laugh! Exceptional good at their job and I walked better OUT then I did IN! Friendly reception staff also ☺️

Not even half a star.Very bad experience from reception today, delay was not communicated, felt that patients were waiting without a reason!I had my appointment with Dr Luke...at 11.50 am today, went in at 11.47 am.vWait till 12.20 in the waiting room, upon asking the receptionist how long the wait will be, I was straightaway taken to the Chiro room and waited for another 12 minutes!!! It was not busy at all, there were myself and another patient waiting. I had waited numerous times before to see the Chiro at some other occasion, again never good communication from the reception. Today I walked out and will never go back again! Although Dr Luke was the best in the area!!

Seamless booking, wait time and attention!I was able to book online, with the staff and barely had any wait time upon arrival. Professional staff and Helen, my chiropractor was easy to talk to and provides great attention to my concerns. I am feeling so much better! Would definitely recommend!

Nicolene gave me a remedial massage/cupping. First time with her and I’ll definitely be returning. She was very professional and attentive to me and would recommend her to anyone.

My whole family have been using the Chiro services at this practice for over a decade. Peter Portelli is one of the best!

I want to give more stars but with my recent experience with your receptions attitude i think not, at no point did she try to inform anyone that they were running late by an hour when asked if she would possibly know how long will i be waiting for my appointment as it was 45minutes ago all of a sudden i hear he is an hour behind not my fault i cant do anything about it snapped at me in a rude tone like i was upsetting her gossip session! If im not mistaken you expect people to inform you when they are running late or need to cancel well same goes with your customers a bit of common courtesy goes both ways.

Luke is amazing and I always walk out feeling so much better. Great service from all the staff, everyone very friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Poor reception (I think she is racist (it's a short girl)). Also I met a podiatrist and he spent only 5 minutes and ended up charging about $70. I went there through google search. I should have listened to my friends and go somewhere. This is my honest feedback and no offense to the owner or the staff.

Life savers. Truly are. Do the right thing and explain your issues. It's about getting the best out of every treatment.
