It was my first time at the centre today, I must say everyone I met was very friendly. I rang twice, once to make booking and one on the day of the appointment to advise them im running a bit late. Phone was answered in a timely manner, the receptionists both times were friendly, polite and helpful.The 2 sonographies were lovely. Clinic is clean. Overall didn’t have anything to fault.

where to start, started coming to get my scans done awhile back, it’s a bit of a travel from my place to Ashfield radiology, but it’s worth the trip. My experience there is really good they showed a lot of respect, I went in very nervous about the x-ray, that I needed and slightly uncomfortable, but after they introduced themselves, and Explained about how they were going to start the x-ray’s, they told me I was going to be alright, overall it was a stress free Experience, it became the place to be for x-ray’s for me, I highly recommend wouldn’t give it a second thought.

The layout at the new premises needs a little tweaking but the service, competence and care offered here is excellent. They are kind, considerate and lovely people, and, if need be, they go the extra mile. Given the option, they would always be my first choice.

I really love this Center service and so impressed about with the over delivery service! Great staff, they are so professional and patient for all my questions . With the whole process of the ultrasound, they provided the detailed explanation to every single steps! I really recommend this Center to everyone.This is the best ever place that I went!Especially thank you to Annie Ann and Serene and other staffs that I forgot the names, they are the most professional person ever!

I was told it would be 2 days until I get my result back as they just relocated. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my X-ray result to come back. Good luck to anyone who needs their result back urgently.

The Ashfield radiology is always my first choice when I need to do some examinations. The radiology team is with high technique performance. They always warm-hearted, respond to my every concerns, put the patient on the first class, be careful about the radiation safety for the patients.Moreover, they work in a really effective flow. I never need to wait for a long period when I do my X-ray/ CT, and get the report in time.Highly recommend to everyone who needs the service.
