Macel was our property manager for a property we rented for 18 months, he was incredibly supportive and managed all enquires in a timely manner.

Sharing my poor experience with Melbourne Realty in hopes nobody else ends up in the position I now am.I recently appointed a new property manager, who found out that Melbourne Realty never collected bond from the tenant in my property.This oversight was blamed on COVID, and Marcel offered to pay the bond but has since retracted this offer.I now have a tenant in my property refusing to pay bond and nothing to cover any potential damages.My property was leased through Melbourne Realty for 20 months, and in that time only 1 official inspection was completed.Covid was a frequent reason as to why this was, despite virtual inspections being an option.The tenant also paid their rent late a number of times (up to 2 weeks late at one point) of which was never communicated with me and I don't believe a warning let alone a notice was ever issued to the tenant.I also found out that authority was given for locks to be put on doors, which was not run past me.Would not recommend

Marcel has managed my property's for quite a few years and I am extremely grateful for his diligence in maintaining them. Nothing has been too much trouble. I highly recommend him to anyone
