I've been a customer on and off at Reece Brendale for the past 15 years. The staff in the plumbing section need to learn some customer service skills.Just because you don't look like a tradie doesn't mean you can treat the customer with contempt or a poor attitude.My most recent visit on the 29th of December was no exception. Was happy to see a fresh young face in there. Seems that she has received the same training. Her name starts with a Y. I won't publically out her here.On the positive side, they always have the items you need which saves a lot of running around and the bathroom side of the house is usually good to deal with.

The basin flange I was looking for was dated and no longer standard.Offered a couple of solutions for substitution or replacement.Ended up buying new spindle.

Absolutely solid. Customer service is always great at this particular Reece store and they never forget items here (like other stores). You can rely on this place if you need plumbing supplies. You pay more than other places, but the quality and customer service is what you're getting.
