I contacted Travis Schultz & Partners when I was injured at work. Right from the get go these guys were so helpful and supportive. Any question I had they pointed me in the right direction. If it wasn't for Travis Schultz & Partners I wouldn't have got my claim up. I can not speak highly enough about these guys as they are brilliant. Many thanks Travis Schultz & Partners. I recommend these guys 100%.

Beth was very welcoming. I received excellent service from Beth and their reception staff. Beth's knowledge was extremely helpful and her response times were immediate or on the same day every time. I highly recommend Beth to anyone seeking legal advice in her field.

What a pleasure to deal with the whole team at Schultz Cairns. Beth, Debbie and Mai were all super helpful and supportive. This means a lot when you are going through a stressful event, certainly one that's traumatic enough that it requires a lawyer. There was always someone on the other end of the phone if I called and they would organise appointments for the same, or next, day when I asked for one.Beth Rolton, who leads the Cairns office, was compassionate and empathetic whilst also giving direct, easy to understand advice. She would not let me sign a contract for No Win No Fee" until she had thoroughly examined my claim and when she had to give me some bad news (my common law claim wasn't strong) I trusted that this was sound legal advice. It also meant that I wasn't charged for the time Beth took working on my claim- sorry Beth. This is in stark contrast to some other law firms who tried to sign me up before even looking into my claim (and their fees were higher than Schultz's as well).I would definitely recommend anyone in Cairns who needs Personal Injury legal help to contact Beth

I can highly recommend the Cairns office of Travis Schultz. Beth responded promptly to my enquiry and outlined all of the options available to me for a personal injury claim. She is knowledgeable and personable - I would have no hesitation in engaging her to represent me.

Dog bite & damages:I had an unprovoked bite by a rescue dog on a lead while stopped and having a friendly discussion with the dog owner, who verbally accepted responsibility for the dog's actions at the time. The bite took out the tip of my nose and part of the septum, which resulted in hospitalisation and reconstructive surgery. There are some annoying permanent changes but nothing too debilitating.Due to COVID and non essential surgery being delayed, it was 2 years before a medical outcome (further surgery) was available. In the interim I had a discussion with Beth Rolton at TSP who gave me timely advice on the processes involved in seeking damages should I choose to go down that path. I completed the forms required - all downloadable off the web - and visited the dog owner to discuss an amicable solution wherein he paid for all medical and associated costs for what had been done and what was still to be done. This was completed and I decided against seeking damages as the owner was doing the right thing without haggling or protest.I have no legal training but Beth's advice was invaluable and clearly showed the documentation required and the finite time frames in which action could be taken. There was no litigation hard sell; it was a softer path with alternative outcomes but a serious backup if required. To quote Beth Rolton regarding my experience:Litigation isn’t the only option to get a result and I’m always happy to guide clients on the best approach for their circumstances""
