The customer service could be better. Being able to communicate correctly by acknowledging something somebody says to you is important. Disregarding it entirely is just plain rude.

Repco really looked after me today with a warranty claim I made. Nothing was too hard for them and they even replaced an affected belt for me too. Very happy as I didn't want any hassles while on holidays. Will shop here again

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and an absolute rip off as far as prices go. If your in Bowen and need auto goods go to Supercheap Auto, better range of products, far better prices and all round better experience. Will never shop at Repco Bowen again.

Absolutely shocking. Bought a Ryco Z251 oil filter from Bowen. They charged me $53.00. The same units are ex stock another Repco store and at $48.00. Available from Supercheap Auto at $41.20 and online at around $12.00, plus freight of course.To their credit they said they would match a written quote from Supercheap. But that's not the way I do business.
