My daughter referred me and I am so happy. Derek explained everything but worked out what needs to be done now within my budget. Thank you so much. It's not easy trusting as I am worried in being ripped off. Definitely staying with this team.

The ownership of this mechanic is an absolute disgrace. I took my car in to have an engine misfire looked at as I had just purchased the car. They told me it’s $2000 in repairs and the spark plugs (that had been replaced a couple of months ago) were old and worn and the brand new starter motor was old and broken. He proceeded to get angry with my mum who was helping me as i’m only 17 and a female and was getting taken advantage of because she said we can’t afford to fix this issue. He refused to give me a report on the car (because there was nothing wrong with it) so either he looked at it and completely lied or he didn’t even have it looked at and just made something up. he tried to tell me that it’s all my fault that i brought a dodgy car and i tried to explain that it’s spark plugs had been fixed only 2 months ago and he called me a liar even though i had the paper work with me.Not to mention as I walked into the shop I heard him being such a scam artist to the poor lady over the phone. I’m so glad I didn’t pay the money as I had it looked at by a different mechanic the next day and he fixed it in 5 seconds and it was only a fuel injector plug that had come loose so he fixed it for me for free

I am always so hesitant taking my car to mechanics, as I always fear there would be hidden costs, or extra repairs needed on my car that I did not anticipate for.Auto Masters Mindarie's team however, was amazing! From the get-go, Derek was so polite and helpful with getting my car into their workshop at the earliest convenience they had! Chris who looked at my car was also amazing. He mentioned things that he observed/found with my car, that did need replacing but he in no way forced me to get it done in that time - like a lot of mechanic's I've dealt with have. He was still more than happy to just do the service I asked for, and my car was ready the next day!I highly suggest coming here for any repairs/maintenance you may need. The team is so helpful and they will definitely be my usual from now on.

They did amazing work on my car. I should have brought my car to them sooner. They also accept payments via openpay and humm, so for anyone worrying about budget but needs their car fixed, go to Auto Masters Mindarie.Great customer service too.

This business took full advantage of a 17 year old child attempting his first car service on his own.$1300 worth of unnecessary and poorly explained work to a minor.Refused to provide an list of the work carried out and lied about sending via email.Argumentative and dismissive to deal with, all around shady experience.On what planet is oil and coolant not included in a service?Of course the money has been paid and the car collected to be taken to a reputable mechanic to make sure the work allegedly carried out has been done correctly.If you are not extensively knowledgeable about cars this is not a business I would risk dealing with.

Scam artists, horrible owner, dodgy work, no work reports uses the infamous ill help you out and take x amount off your purchase" to make you think your in good hands. Takes advantage of young and old people."

Always try to sell more stuff like fuel and oil or fluid additives that any other mechanics will say does nothing and says my car is starting to develop" faults and things that will become serious in "few months" and needing "preventative fixes". the car was nearly brand new

Had a car inspected here and Derek and team are just super friendly and knowledgeable, and keen to help. Considering to make it my regular workshop even though I live half an hour away. 5/5
