Now that I have dealt with this doggie real estate and still dealing with an outstanding issue, which they can't rectify due to their own fault. One of the biggest mistake of my life the day I dealt with this and it's giving me a headache now. Officially going to real estate ombudsman soon regarding this issue and possibily more irregularities within the business. Very irresponsible, unorganised and mismanaged business. No responsibility whatsoever. Personallythe worst business in all aspects I've ever dealt with. Pathetic..........!!

Big ripper. Eating agents commissions. Plz don’t buy or sell through them. These people are biggest fraud. They eat my commission, I used to work for them. They eat my $10,000 . Please don’t trust them.

I have stayed on their property for more than a year. I must say Dwelling Estate Agent will leave no stone unturned to harass and threaten tenants. They withhold my bond funds for more than 30 days. Allowed public inspections before exit condition report and threaten to pay for deep cleaning (after 30 days).Another major factor (among many others), they refused to repair the damaged and leaking roof. The dwelling agents and owner ignored critical repairs which can endanger new tenants.I negotiated end up paying $500 to clear my bond (due long VCAT waiting time).

In 2018 they (Dwellings Group in Srilankan aka mypropertylk also run by Sajika and Theekshana) took Rs 500,000 from me as a deposit for a project that was cancelled few months after (early 2019) and since that date I have being chasing Theekshana to get a refund. After hundreds of emails and multiple calls and refund promises now he is saying that the developer has my money and not them. Developer has clearly communicated that they do not have any records and to produce a receipt and they will refund the money. Theekshana is unable to do so for many months and recently has produced a soft copy which has the same receipt number which belongs to another customer according to the developer. So the developer has requested for the original copy and Theekshana is unable to do so. I'm extremely frustrated and tired of this company. I hope you think twice before you do any business with them. PLEASE BEWARE !
