Very disappointed with the ambience and meal. We had a metal barrier separating us from the adjoining patrons. On the barrier were cheques commemorating donations made in 2015/16/17 which are outdated and irrelevant. Ambience in this restaurant with metal cages etc makes the restaurant look cheap. Also many light globes not working. The Nepalese spicy sauce with Trevally just doesn’t taste nice. The trevally was cooked beautifully along with carrots and potatoes. The broccolini was undercooked and I could barely cut it. CP didn’t meet my expectations.

Very happy experience. The atmosphere is so divine, very fancy and worth it. The food is good, it is a little pricey but it shows. If your thinking of going to cataract, ensure you get a dessert at the end, perfect way to finish off the night. Huge range of cocktails. The staff are professional and friendly, very good service. Attended to our table regularly for drinks and general check up. Would highly recommend! The picture attached is the 'saturn' dessert.

The cocktails were amazing, and the dessert looked great but was a bit bland flavour-wise.The atmosphere was warm and inviting with interesting 'light' themed decor throughout.Seating was a bit cramped but I attended with a very large group.

We went to share a family celebration. Our waiter Patrick was sensational. So friendly, funny, happy to banter with us, helpful, knowledgeable, definitely added to our experience. The food was delicious, not too big you get full quickly, but not so small you need 17 to fill you up. You could taste all the flavours, it was hot. Just excellent. We also ordered cocktails, and they were just delicious, not too strong. Everything here was fantastic and really helped make our night great. Will definitely be back again soon.

We had a terrible experience at this place mainly due to poor customer service (Not sure if that’s always the case!!!)Here are the reasons:1. More than 45 minutes wait for the mains without any notice2. While ordering we requested no prawn for our seafood pasta (note that they mention mixture of seafood on this pasta so it’s horrible for someone with allergy to identify whats going on)The pasta came WITH prawns after 45 mins wait.2. Due to being so hungry we requested something in the interim while the new pasta is being prepared. Nothing came out for us in the interim. Later they said they didn’t hear us when we said yes we want it (staff professionalism was a joke)3. The new pasta took another 10 mins to come out so one of us had to wait over an hour for their food while having sensitive stomach issues4. We asked for a garden salad with no onion, first they forgot to send it to table, later it came with onions (another joke)5. Food quality overall was very average and considering its price tag, I’d rate it poor.Overall, disappointing table service, average food, and high price tag for the offered quality (over $50 per person) made it a horrible night at this restaurant. Never going back here. C-

Enjoyed the food, especially the Paddock to Stone. Great way to keep your meal piping hot. The eye fillet really was delicious and melt-in-the-mouth. Hubby's bourbon & coke ribs were a little disappointing, the meat was a bit tough, but the flavour was good. We were blown away by the desserts we ordered...a huge amount of work obviously goes into preparation and plating... but the flavours need to be more punchy to match the visual wow-factor. Not the place to go for a quiet, romantic evening - the place is buzzing! Attentive, busy staff. Every table full, and people queuing out the door. Definitely enjoyed our evening, and yes, we'd go back.

An absolutely wonderful place to dine! Our table of four were all very pleased with both the service and the food! The highlight for me was the decadent dessert, I had the Autumn Garden and it was divine ☺️I would definitely recommend!!

Needed an early dinner as we were flying out later that night. Read the reviews and booked 5pm, so glad we did. The staff were so attentive and accommodating. Our waiter was fantastic in presenting the menu and options. The food was just amazing and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back on our next Tasmanian holiday. Thank you for making this dinner a fantastic experience as the last part of our last Tasmanian holiday!

We went with a large group. The service was very good for such group. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, open, with delicate lighting. I had two cocktails: a giggle juice, which was a bit plain, and a delicious special expresso martini. Wifey ordered gnocchis and regretted it. They had little flavour. The friend sitting next to me had one of the funky dessert (see picture) and find the flavour to be quite flat and monotone, and barely ate any of it.
