Barbeques Galore Malaga

We went in looking for a particular type of BBQ. Could not see what we wanted on the floor, and were approached by a salesperson. We told him what we were looking for, but just told us what was on the floor was what was available. As my husband and I started discussing it, he walked away. Didn't notice if he went back to the counter or went to talk to someone else

Hear me outThe after service I received on2 occasions was priceless1st I brought a master build smoker before Xmas from Mike with knowledge and being a owner of this brand made my purchase easy, boxing day sales the same smoker was $300 cheaper, Cheryl the manager was more than happy to refund the difference.2nd the same smoker was faultyWith $200of meat sitting in the fridge for New Years day I was done, again I called the store and brought the smoker back and in the process of a warranty claim, what makes this even harder is being a shift workerand waiting for the claim to be processed.For after sales and service and warranty I would definitely recommend this store and the staff.The store manager Cheryl and sales man Mike are a compliment of great team work .Warm regardsRob W

Great Range of products, unfortunately extremely poor - lack of customer service. Waited over 30min to be served in this time I’ve had time to write the review and leave the store without making a purchase that I’ve checked online before coming to make sure that they have in stock.Extremely disappointing.

My in-laws went to Malaga store to find a special fitting for their bbq. Whilst they didn’t stock that item Cheryl went above and beyond to find fitting for them. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Mike and Kyle are great, they know their stuff, no pushy sales stuff just good information to make an informed purchase. Went above and beyond to get our new grill to us is very short timeframe. Competitive prices too.

Very friendly service but the staff weren’t too pushy either. I felt relaxed enough to browse right around the store. I’ll be going back next time.

My husband and I have been very disappointed by the customer service which we have received from Barbecues Galore in Malaga. We went in a couple days after Christmas to look at an outdoor setting which was on sale and were told that there were 12 in stock but with it being on sale we would probably need to purchase it that day so that we would not miss out, otherwise the next shipment is not due until February. So we agreed and purchased it, thinking we would be able to take it home that day. We were then told that we would be advised within the next few days when it would be ready to collect. This was fine. We called that Friday to see if we could collect it as we had family coming over that weekend and don’t have any outdoor furniture yet so we really wanted it. We were told that it wasn’t in the Friday delivery so that it would probably be in the following week (this week). We called on Wednesday to see whether there was any updates and have now been told that it will probably be available at the end of January and that it looks like they sold the available stock! Unbelievable! We are extremely disappointed and feel let down by the lack of customer service. The end of January is bad enough but I’m not even convinced that we will receive it then! We feel like we were conned into buying it with the promise of not missing out and having to wait and here we are missing out and waiting.. Not only that but we have had to do all the following up. Pick up your game Barbecues Galore.

Awesome experience with sales, Grace looked after us and explained the warranty. Highly recommended.
