When I asked for copies of my mothers Will they sent uncertified, hopeless as uncertified are useless and could be emailed. When I asked for an estimate to apply for probate after three weeks and no response I said I would do it myself. Took them three weeks to send the documents (the will). What they sent had been stapled which means filling out an extra form (takes 20 mins) as a Will CANNOT BE STAPLED ETC. Law 101?Absolutely hopeless.
