Telstra Palmerston

After a disastrous experience at Casuarina we drove to Palmerston. Could not recommend Lachy and his manager more highly!!! They went above and beyond. Got my new iPhone 13 pro max. Updates and all. Lachy was an absolute legend. A real credit to this store. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Lachy restored my faith today. Thank you.

Fantastic service from a man who couldn't do enough for my wife and I. Give that man a raise.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Went to the store to purchase a new phone. Left $1399.00 out of pocket with no phone and the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Your assistant manager should be disgusted in himself and the way he treats people! I will NEVER return to this store!Absolutely disgusting!!!!

On Friday 2nd September, I went to buy a phone and wallet for my iPhone , I asked help , the Telstra representative was really rude, and not helping at all, and didn’t not care, I want use my Telstra point to buy a heads phone she told me come after 1 1/2. Hour later, over all my experience was vey bad, I was treated vey bad because of my skin colour.

Can't get any service without an appointment.

Very happy to make a sale but offer zero back up. Once your out the door there job is done. Will never contemplated returning to this store.

Terrible experience.40 min wait the first day only to be told I need to come back with a physical ID and not electronic iD.Came back the next day as I was asked and had to wait just over an hour while there was only one other customer in the shop . Was told that the other staff were waiting for appointment people that have not turned up but might turn up .One staff member was logged into FB.My case was simple. Purchase a phone outright with no connection required.It took two visits and over two hours of waiting to do this. Worse part was when a walk in lady with no appointment got served straight away not once but when she forgot to get recharge she got served again as I just wait. The staff member then sat back down on fb .Wrong wrong wrong

1st experience in this store about transferring eSim and the guy helping me to do it but he put in wrong number even he asked my number 2 times then no one can call me..... great job. went back again next day then asked me to wait 2 and half hours. I told them this your did mistake should fix it quickly and still asked my phone number he wanna call me when someone free even no one can call me...

Was told inline and about 45min wait. Walked past and seen customers after us in the line already being served... 2.5 hours later they rang saying our appointment was ready but we had to leave got a excellent deal from another service provider
