Perfect Break Caravans

Micheal and wayne very helpfull from start to finish. Hire caravan for 2 weeks enjoyed everything about the caravan made the trip alot easier than camper trailer. Was easy to use setup and to tow. We enjoyed it that much we have booked another caravan again for next year. Cant go past perfect break caravans. Thanks again

We had a wonderful trip to Thredbo and Bermagui in our Perfect Break caravan. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end and Michael was the perfect host. Looking forward to the next perfect adventure!

Our family of 5 hired a caravan off Michael for 2 weeks. The rental process was very easy and straightforward. We had never towed before and found the caravan easy to tow with our Toyota Kluger. Michael was more than happy to help us if we needed any assistance with the van. The van we hired was equipped with everything we could of possibly needed and was very comfortable for our family. We had a great time exploring Victoria with the van and would definitely recommend Perfect Break Caravans, it was a great holiday. Thanks again Michael.

Loved the caravan (Altea 552pk) and outstanding customer experience. Michael is so easy to deal with and so extremely helpful. He showed us around the van (caravan) and how everything worked before we took off. Communication was outstanding from the intial booking to drop off. The whole experience really helped with what ended up being an awesome getaway. Thanks Michael we'll definitely be hiring your van again.

When we picked up the GEIST caravan it had empty gas bottles, dangerously under-inflated tyres, a non-functioning heater, a refrigerator which wouldn’t keep food colder than 10 degrees (in Winter), a shower that wouldn’t work , a toilet which wouldn’t flush effectively and corner stabilisers which were so stiff they could not be used to level the caravan and a mains pressure system that, once the feeder hose connections were repaired by us, flooded the caravan floor. These and other defective issues we came across came to a total of 18.Despite all this and multiple other issues being presented to the business owner in writing, he essentially told us none of the problems were real. We are currently awaiting his decision re a PART refund of the hiring fee. We are not anticipating a positive response.In addition, after the owner contacted us to tell us all problems were fixed, we suggested that we were happy to remove this criticism of the caravan, if he could show us all the problem features were indeed now repaired. His response was to send pictures of a working shower and a frig thermometer at specified temp, but he declined to show us the same things in the actual caravan.As a result, we are unable to recommend this business and its services to anyone.

We have just returned to Sydney after meeting the nicest and most helpful people in Kiama. Our van developed problems last Friday afternoon. The garage where we broke down gave us Michael's details and without hesitation he helped us by picking us up from the roadside and hiring his vehicle to us. Then he recommended a local mechanic who works on vans, so having called 4 others, that was a huge relief. It was so good to deal with honest, dinky-di people. Thank you very much Michael.
