I have been dealing with the Richardson and Wrench team for the last 4 years. It has been an easy and smooth process, every interaction I've had with them has been professional. Each time giving me the best outcome.I've had the pleasure of working with Gorana Coric as my property agent who has shown professionalism with her timely responses and attention to detail.I would highly recommend Gorana and the team for any property needs.

Watch out for Natalie who threatened us about our bond when we had an unrelated disagreement. Our disagreement was about the agent wanting to have multiple open inspections during our stay in addition to charging us with lease break fee especially when covid was at it's peak on Sydney. Legally when we break a lease we just need to pay the break fee and not serve a notice period. When we mentioned this, Her literal words were “the apartment better be in a perfect condition”. It’s all great until you give them the notice to vacate. Later she kept denying her statement and told us it was a “miscommunication”. She was extremely unfair with our whole vacation process. She went to an extent to debit break fee from our bank account without our consent. So for people signing up for rental auto-debit, please watch out that they could go auto-debit anything they want and say it’s in their policy. It was not our intention to avoid break fee, but legally we only had to pay it before our vacation. But these guys charged us weeks before without our consent when we had a verbal disagreement.Our personal experience was only with this particular lady but unfortunately she represents this real estate. However, this lady went on holidays when we vacated and someone else handled our bond release on time. We have never had such bad experience with a real estate agent in the last ten years..

Since creating this review, this real estate has continued to harass my partner and I whilst we are at work to threaten to legal action myself for defamation". I'm not sure how they can consider what I've said to be defamation when I have solid evidence of their continuous portrayal of an unprofessional and straight up sketchy character

Could not recommend this real estate enough! Over a year with this office and their service was above and beyond expectations. They really helped me through a rough time of moving and made it as easy as possible. They really treated me like a human and not a number. Natalie is a wonderful agent and her office at wolli creek is so welcoming and accommodating. I would go with R&W again in any location! Thankyou Natalie and team x

Have rented an apartment from them for the last 3 years and i am sad to go! Natalie is super professional in what she does and was responsive in helping us with any queries and the moving out process. Have had 0 issues with them for 3 years and would highly recommend!

They were always very responsive to any of our correspondence and acted with a high degree of professionalism throughout our tenancy.
